    Korean Spa Adventures

Here’s the story of how my first experience at a Korean Spa went. Spoiler alert: I’M OBSESSED! My friend and I had heard of the incredible scrubs they do at this spa, that literally takes off all of your dead skin, and we decided to go through with it! We chose Spa Palace from a few recommendations we had received, and I’m so glad we did! After we checked in, we decided to walk around. And let me tell you, we were so overwhelmed! This place was HUGE!! The co-ed area, had a restaurant, different rooms with different saunas and a big pool! We literally had no idea what to…

Fare Una Spaghettata (to eat spaghetti)

Let’s talk about my love for all things Italy. I love the country, the people, the language, and most importantly the FOOD. There is nothing, NOTHING in this world that compares to the food in Italy. The pastas, the pizza, oh the tiramisu! I’m drooling just remembering it all! There is no such thing as “diets” when you travel, especially in the land of carbs. At every restaurant we went to I would order an appetizer, a pizza AND pasta, all for myself. And of course I would always finish the dinner with tiramisu. Calories don’t exist when you travel, right? Here’s an important tip when you travel anywhere in…
